The Artist in Practice project is an educational diploma project of a student of Theater Management at the Academy of Performing Arts. The individual workshops, which are part of the project, aim to bring management topics to students of the Theatre Faculty and thus to future directors, dramaturges, actors, stage designers and theater managers.
These are current topics that artists will meet in their next professional life. Topics such as communication and communication skills, psychological set-up and mental well-being in the workplace, work efficiency or contracts, taxes and the like. The aim is to organize at least 3 workshops in which students learn the most essential things. Increasing awareness and managerial skills will consequently help to facilitate employment.
